<p>The first thing we are going to talk about is why lab created pills should be avoided.  There are numerous examples of popular diet pills, many over-the-counter, that turn out to have terrible side effects years later. I know I don&#8217;t want to have to seek legal help after taking a man made diet pill so I stay away from them.</p>

Now, a good all natural diet pill can&#8217;t compete with a $3 bargain bottle, but I think we all know those aren&#8217;t any good.  A good bottle of natural supplements will cost between $25 and $50.  A high end bottle of lab created diet pills can cost several hundred dollars.  I think it is pretty easy to see which way is cheaper.</p>
<p>When you factor in the side effects and high price of man made pills, I think it is an easy choice to pick a natural supplement created by God over a man made one.  You have to make the choice for yourself, but I am going tot choose the natural supplement every time.</p>

<p>* Green Drink. Basically this is concentrated grasses and vegetables. It is super healthy and alkalizing. All you do is put it in water and start alkalizing your body. Some companies also sell capsules so you can drink your vegetables whole. The powder that you mix with water is usually less expensive and it encourages you to drink more water, but if the capsules are the only way you can take them, it is a helpful option.  The two green drinks I prefer are <a href="http://www.alkalizinglife.com/anthony-robbins-green-drink" target='_blank'>Anthony Robbins Green Drink</a> and <a href="http://www.alkalizinglife.com/innerlight-supergreens" target='_blank'>InnerLight Supergreens</a></p>
<p>* Muliti-vitamin. This is essential to make sure your body has everything it needs. I recommend a vitamin that is in capsule form with powder inside. Capsules are usually more digestible than tablets. It doesn&#8217;t do anything for you if the vitamin doesn&#8217;t digest in your system. Many cheaper vitamins are not very good because they don&#8217;t easily digest. If you are going to buy cheap vitamins, you might as well not buy anything at all because, in general, cheap vitamins don&#8217;t easily digest.</p>
<p>* Specialized vitamins. If you have specific needs, there are many different kinds of health supplements. You can get supplements for stress relief, candida (yeast) reduction, womens formulas, mens formulas, etc. As mentioned above, high quality does cost a little more. You have to pay a little more for good all natural supplements but your body will thank you.</p>
<p>* Cleansing or Starter Packs. This is a group of vitamins and supplements that get you started. These can be great to kick start your efforts to alkalize and energize. Most will have some sort of green drink and one or more types of vitamins.</p>
<p>There are many supplements for you to choose from. Do your research and try a few different supplements. The most dangerous ingredient in spaghetti is not the pasta, but the additional components we used to serve them, for example, cheese and different sauces. In case you follow healthy weight lose diet you should use something like canola and olive oil instead of different vegetables. Besides, your eating process has to bring you satisfaction and pleasure.</p>
<p>Here I have prepared for your consideration few spaghetti recipes that are without any fats. In order to make the whole meal less caloric you are strictly recommended to use 300 g of normal pasta and 100 g of whole wheat spaghetti. All you need to do is to boil it according to the instructions as you used to.</p>
<p>Spaghetti with pumpkin sauce:</p>
